Maria Andrade Pottery

Brand Photography as a Tool for Growth and Renewal

Like many artists in Asheville, Maria Andrade lost her studio during Hurricane Helene. Since then, she’s been working with care and determination to not only recover from that loss but to build an ambitious and exciting new path forward. I was honored to collaborate with her on a fresh collection of branding images that reflect where she’s headed and help her show up with clarity and confidence for whatever comes next.

During times of change, your brand visuals can become a powerful tool for momentum. When you’re stepping into something new, the right photography can help you:

  • Reintroduce your work with purpose and polish..

  • Open new doors to stockists, galleries, and exhibitions.

  • Present your collections in a way that supports higher pricing.

  • Expand your reach beyond your local community.

  • Connect with your audience in a way that builds trust and drives sales.

Strong imagery doesn’t just document where you are. It helps shape where you’re going.

Celebrating Form and Pattern through Artful Product Photography

From the very beginning our goal for this shoot was to create a rich collection of images that Maria could use across various platforms as she grows. We needed to have category-specific shots (vases, bowls, teapots, mugs, bowls) to effectively communicate the range of her pottery line. But we also needed “showpiece” groupings that demonstrate her distinctive style and how well the pieces work together to grow her brand recognition and encourage the purchase of multiple products. The images demonstrate how well her pieces fit into daily life but also how they can be elevated to notable art pieces within one’s home. These new branding tools will serve her well in online sales, social media, event promotions, gallery displays, and beyond. They reflect not only the quality of her work but the strength of her vision.

I work with great care and professionalism to create images that help artists and entrepreneurs take meaningful steps forward.
