HOW DOES IT WORK?
I’ll offer you the same care and attention as I would any of my local clients … just remotely!
At the point of your initial inquiry we’ll discuss your specific needs and preferences to make sure we’re a good fit and then determine how much time would be required and what package options are available. Once we determine a shoot date, sign a contract, and a deposit is paid, we’ll jump right into planning, including my client questionnaire, the creation of a shared visual mood board, and a mutually agreed upon tentative shot list.
This is a collaborative effort, but you can lean on my creative and strategic skills to create the images you need.
HOW IS SHIPPING HANDLED?
Once we decide on our final list of products you’ll pack everything up (with care!) and ship them to me using the shipping provider of your choice. Items must be received at least three business days prior to your scheduled shoot. Once the shoot is complete, if we have agreed that all items are to be returned, I will pack everything back up and send them to you using UPS or FedEx with a pre-paid shipping label you will provide OR I will ship and then invoice for reimbursement with a copy of the receipt. Tracking information will be required both ways.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
I book clients at least one full month before a shoot to allow sufficient time for planning. During particularly busy seasons (early spring and fall) you may need to book farther out to guarantee a spot. We’ll use that time wisely to make sure you’re getting what you need. You will receive your final images within one week of the shoot.
